• Bookings must be made online or by calling the office.

• Bookings cannot be accepted without the appropriate completed booking forms; Electronic or paper format.

• Any invoice must be settled within the 14day terms. A surcharge of 20% will be applied if payment is outside of these terms, unless prior agreement has been made with St Andrews Aqua Park Ltd.

• Payment can be made online  or by calling the office.

• All Bookings will be confirmed by a 'Roller' email. If you do not recieve this, your booking has not gone through. Please try again or call the office.

• All cancellations and amendments must be made by telephoning the office 01634 926 204 or by email. All emails must acknowledged by us. Office hours are 0900-1700hrs, 7 days a week.

• No refunds will be given if cancelling within 7days of your booked group activity. 

• Cancellations and amendments cannot be made within 72hrs of your booked session.

• Last minute cancellations and amendments will not be accepted due to rain, windy weather or forecasted storms.

• St. Andrews Aqua Park Ltd. reserve the right to cancel a course at any time if weather conditions are unsuitable.

• St. Andrews Aqua Park Ltd. reserve the right to cancel a course at any time where participant numbers fail to reach the published minimum.

• Where an activity has to be cancelled, St Andrews Aqua Park Ltd. will offer clients either alternate activity dates or credit.

• In the event of cancellation, St Andrews Aqua Park Ltd. will not be held liable for other third party costs incurred associated with the booking such as coach hire, taxis etc.

1. Membership Overview

• The Swim & Wellness Membership entitles you to unlimited swims within the facility’s opening hours (subject to session booking requirements) and offers a 20% discount on Wellness Centre session and all swim events.

• A minimum membership term of 6 months is required.

• All swim sessions, wellness sessions and events must be pre-booked.

2. Open Water Swim Induction and NOWCA Membership

• To participate in open water swimming, all members must complete a swim induction with St Andrews Lakes.

• Members must also hold an active membership with NOWCA (National Open Water Coaching Association) to ensure compliance with open water swimming safety standards.

3. Booking Conditions

• Open Water Swim Sessions: Unlimited swims are available, but all swim sessions must be booked online in advance.

• Wellness Centre Discount: Members are entitled to a 20% discount on Wellness Centre sessions. These sessions must be booked in advance.

• ​The membership is strictly for the individual who has signed up. It cannot be transferred, shared, or used by anyone else, including family or friends.

• Event Discount: Members are entitled to a 20% discount on all swim events. These sessions must also be booked in advance.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a booked open water swim session without cancelling at least 24 hours advance, you will be charged for that session.

• Wellness Centre Sessions and Swim Events: For any wellness centre session or swim event bookings, a 72-hour cancellation and amendment policy applies as per our standard booking terms and conditions. This mean no cancellations or amendments are allowed within 72 hours of the booking start time. Any changes or cancellations must be made more than 72 hours in advance of the session or event.Failure to adhere to the 72-hour policy will result in the loss of the session or event, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Minimum Term & Cancellation

• The membership has a mandatory minimum term of 6 months. After the initial term, the membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled.

• To cancel the membership after the minimum term, you can do so via your account or calling the office during opening hours.

5. Payment & Price Changes

• Membership fees are payable monthly in advance via direct debit or other approved methods.

• Prices are subject to change. If a price change is implemented, 30 days’ notice will be provided.

• Failure to pay the membership fees may result in suspension or cancellation of your access to the Swim & Wellness facilities until the outstanding balance is cleared.

6. Facility Usage

• All members are required to follow facility rules, health, and safety guidelines.

• The facility reserves the right to adjust opening hours or close temporarily for maintenance, events, or safety reasons. Members will be notified in advance whenever possible.

7. Wellness Centre Sessions & Swim Event Discount

• Wellness Centre sessions are subject to availability. Members must book their sessions in advance to receive the 20% discount.

• Swim Event spaces are subject to availability. Members must book their sessions in advance to receive the 20% discount.

• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

8. Health & Safety

• All members are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to engage in swimming and other activities at the Wellness Centre.

• St Andrews Lakes is not liable for any injuries or accidents caused by pre-existing health conditions.

10. Amendments to Terms

• St Andrews Lakes reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any amendments with at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.

By joining the Swim & Wellness Membership, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
